I will be focused 100% on you and your needs and actively listen to what you are telling me. I will follow up with many questions to enable me (and you) to get a full understanding of you, your company, and your issues at hand. We will then work together so you can walk away with actionable steps. This is not a “by-the-book” approach. Through my experience and my work with over 100 business leaders, I am able to give you unique perspectives, proven strategies, and mentorship on growing your business and becoming a better leader for your company.

FUNDAMENTAL UNDERSTANDING
As a business coach I can be compared to the coach of an athlete. A sports coach won’t be able to tell an athlete how to move or how to react in the middle of a hectic situation. But before the competition, the coach can impart knowledge of what they’ve seen to enable the player to draw upon when needed. As your coach, I can listen to a problem and tell you what I’ve seen, discussing different ways the problem could be solved. I can’t make decisions for you—just as a sports coach can’t sub into the game for the athlete—but I can guide you toward a better thought process and better decision-making.
GOALS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Your goals should always tie back to what’s best for your company. Sometimes, you know exactly what you want—often, you set goals that are too low, too lofty, or at odds with other goals. I can help you calibrate your goals to your business’s needs. One of my strengths is that I can help you visualize your goals. I will help you to identify what will help your business thrive. I will talk you through the tough times and hold you accountable to meet — and often exceed — your goals.

I have seen and experienced a range of interpersonal relationships, witnessing first-hand what makes people tick and how they work together.
